Smaxh Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of our users and to ensure their rights, complying with relevant laws and regulations (including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea, CCPA/CPRA of the US, and the Privacy Act 1988 of Australia).

This Privacy Policy applies to the Smaxh application and all related services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information to third parties as described in Article 4, including the display of your nickname and real name to other Users through the Friend Recommendation Service.

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

We collect the minimum necessary personal information required to provide the Service.

1. Information Collected During Registration

• (Required) Email address, password, nickname, real name, gender, tennis experience level, date of birth (for age verification).
• (Social Login) Identifier, name, email provided by the social media provider.

2. Information Provided While Using the Service

• (Optional) Profile picture, frequently visited courts, NTRP rating.
• (Optional) Contact details and inquiry content for customer support.
• (Paid Services) Transaction records and settlement account information.

3. Information Collected When Using Friend Recommendations (Contact Sync) [Revised]

• (Optional) When you explicitly grant permission to use the "Find Friends" feature, we collect phone numbers from your device's address book.

  • Processing Method: Collected phone numbers are processed using a one-way hash before being compared against our member database. Raw phone numbers are never stored on our servers. Hash values for non-matching contacts (non-members) are discarded immediately.

4. AI Swing Analysis Data (X-Vision)

• (Required) Exercise videos and motion data (collected only with consent for the X-Vision feature).

5. Automatically Collected Information

• Usage records, access logs, cookies, IP address, device info, advertising IDs (ADID/IDFA).
