Smaxh Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of our users and to ensure their rights, complying with relevant laws and regulations (including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea).

This Privacy Policy applies to the Smaxh application and all related services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 1 (Information We Collect) We collect the minimum necessary personal information required to provide the Service.

① Information Collected During Registration and Account Creation

• (Required) Email address, password, nickname, gender, tennis experience level, preferred game style.
• (Social Login) Identifier information, name, email address provided by the respective social media service provider (the scope of information provided depends on the user's settings).

② Information Provided by Users While Using the Service

• (Optional) Profile enhancements such as profile picture, frequently visited tennis courts, NTRP rating.
• (Optional) Contact information and inquiry details provided when contacting customer support.
• (When Using Paid Services - Limited to applicable regions, e.g., Republic of Korea)
  • Payment: Transaction records. (Credit card information, etc., is processed through a payment gateway provider; the Company retains only partial information for transaction verification).
  • Settlement (Sellers): Name, bank name, account number, account holder name.

③ Information Collected When Using the AI Swing Analysis Feature (X-Vision)

• (Required) User's exercise videos for swing pattern analysis and the motion data analyzed therefrom (collected only when the user consents to use this feature).

④ Information Automatically Generated and Collected During Service Use

• Service usage records (date and time of visit, features used, etc.), access logs, cookies, IP address, device information (device unique identifier, OS version, hardware information), advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA).

Article 2 (Purposes of Processing Personal Information) We process personal information for the following purposes. The information will not be used for purposes other than the following:

① User Management and Provision of Basic Service Features

• Verification of intent to register, identification and authentication of users, maintenance and management of user status.
• Arrangement of tennis matches, provision of match information, support for communication between users.

② Provision of Paid Services and Transaction Brokerage (Limited to applicable regions)
