Smaxh Corp., operating Picki (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of our users and to ensure their rights, complying with relevant laws and regulations (including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)).

This Privacy Policy applies to the Picki mobile application and all related services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information to third parties as described in Article 4, including the display of your name and display name to other Users through the Friend Recommendation Service.

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

We collect the minimum necessary personal information required to provide the Service.

① Information Collected During Registration and Account Creation

• (Required) Email address, password, name, display name, gender, pickleball experience level.
• (Social Login) Identifier information, name, email address provided by the respective social media service provider (Google, Apple).

② Information Provided by Users While Using the Service

• (Optional) Profile enhancements such as profile picture, frequently visited courts, skill level (1.0–5.0), your pickleball story.
• (Optional) Contact information and inquiry details provided when contacting customer support.

③ Information Collected When Using Friend Recommendations (Contact Sync) [Revised]

• (Optional) When you explicitly grant permission to use the "Find Pickleball Friends" feature, we collect phone numbers from your device's address book.

  • Processing Method: Collected phone numbers are processed using a one-way hash before being compared against our member database. Raw phone numbers are never stored on our servers. Hash values for non-matching contacts (non-users) are discarded immediately.

④ Information Automatically Generated and Collected During Service Use

• Service usage records (date and time of visit, features used, etc.), access logs, cookies, IP address, device information (device unique identifier, OS version, hardware information), advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA).
• Interaction Logs: Records of in-app invites and notifications sent between users connected as friends.
