Welcome to Smaxh. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smaxh mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Smaxh Corp. (the "Company") and its members ("Users") regarding the use of the tennis-related online matching platform service provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. Service: Refers to the Smaxh application and all related services available to Users via mobile devices or other wired/wireless devices.
  2. User (Member): Refers to a person who agrees to these Terms, enters into a service use agreement with the Company, and uses the Service.
  3. Match: Refers to the act of Users scheduling a time and place through the Platform to play tennis together.
  4. Paid Service: Refers to the Service in regions where the Company intermediates product transactions between Users and supports payment systems (e.g., South Korea and other countries designated by the Company).
  5. Free Service: Refers to the Service in regions where the Company provides only simple connections and information exchange between Users without monetary transaction features (e.g., USA, Australia, and other countries where paid features are not yet introduced).
  6. Smaxh Pay: Refers to the payment and settlement system (escrow) provided by the Company for safe transactions in Paid Service regions.
  7. Friend Recommendation Service: Refers to a feature that identifies other Users who are already registered on Smaxh from among the contacts stored on a User's device, and displays their information to facilitate connections between acquaintances. [New]

Article 3 (Contracting Party and Company Information)

The Service under these Terms is provided by Smaxh Corp., established under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Regardless of your country or region of residence, you are entering into a contract with Smaxh Corp.

In these Terms, "Company," "Smaxh," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Smaxh Corp.

Article 4 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

① The Company will post the contents of these Terms on the Service screen or website so that Users can easily recognize them.
